Abstracts must be submitted no later than 16 March 2026.
Registration fee information:
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and local transportation arranged as part of the official conference program.
Please note that airfare, accommodation, visa fees, and any other personal expenses are not included and must be covered by the participant.
Registration Fees
International participants: USD 50
Domestic participants (Mongolia): 50,000 MNT
(The fee includes local transportation and meals during the conference, including coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner.)
Student presenters: Free of charge
Student presenters are exempt from the registration fee upon confirmation of their student status.
Further payment instructions will be provided to registered participants by the Organizing Committee.
The registration fee will be collected upon arrival.
